About Papelote
2009년 체코에서 설립된 Papelote는 최소한의 쓰기도구로 지속가능성을 탐구하는 브랜드입니다. 모든 제품은 체코에서 디자인 및 제조하며 "다시 태어나는 종이"를 목표로 합니다. Papelote라는 이름은 '파지'라는 뜻으로 100% 재생용지 사용을 원칙으로 하는 브랜드입니다. 남은 재료와 판매되지 않은 노트는 Papelote의 다른 제품으로 업사이클하기 때문에 두번째 수명이 주어집니다. 남은 고무밴드는 북 보헤미아의 사회적기업에 기증합니다. Papelote는 체코의 로컬 브랜드로 지역공동체의 구성원들이 생산에 참여하며 지역의 전통적인 수공예 기술을 활용합니다. 예를 들어, 과거에 여권을 엮는 데 사용했던 실 스티치를 제본에 활용하고 있습니다. 또한 현지 재료를 우선하여 연필의 나무, 펜 루프의 고무줄, 필통의 지퍼는 모두 체코에서 생산합니다. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
